Appearance:
Beautiful Golden Color
Thin Head
Weak Retention
Not Much Lacing
Murky Color
Unfiltered "Floaties" Present

Aroma:
Lemon
Clove
Orange Peels
Some Wheat
Floral Notes

Mouth Feel:
Dead Carbonation
Summery Beer
Light Bodied
Very Refreshing
Buttery Texture
Bitter/Sweet Balance

The taste seemed to be a unfiltered Belgian whit beer. Taste was of a nice mix of wheat, lemongrass and coriander. A nice good "lawnmower beer" on a hot summer day. It seems to have a simple flavor, with a fizzy aftertaste. This Dogfish version is a better version of the Sam Adams summer ale.

21/2 Out Of 6
