The taste profile initially is sweet syrup and cane sugar. Then this opens up to a bitter cocoa and tree bark flavor, with increasing chocolate. This beer also contains some vanilla notes. It has a big bold alcohol content, so this is not no chugging beer, you need to sip and enjoy like it was a nice scotch.
